Resonator 5-String Banjo/Guitar Hybrid

This guitar/banjo hybrid was designed and built for an artist who wasn’t happy with the low volume and thin tone on the other factory and custom resophonic banjos he had purchased. It was made with a maple full size guitar body, and a 12 fret to the body mahogany neck similar in feel and style to vintage fingerstyle guitars. The result was a louder, fuller and warmer sounding instrument.
