Neck Reset Central
I got up bright an early this morning to a batch of guitars waiting for the necks to be steamed out. They had been prepped in the last week or two; fingerboard extensions loosened from their tops, holes drilled through the fret slot into the neck joint and were all ready for the steam. I like to do these in batches or 3-5 at a time. This batch had a nice 1950s Gibson LG2 and a 1930 Martin 0-17. Fun stuff to be sure. I figured I’d take a coffee break after all that to add a blog article and post the cool photo of the “reset waiting room” now that it’s loaded up. I’ll get all the necks back in at their correct angles in the next week or two.
All the best, Scott
